What does “Full Service Construction Experience” mean?
It means we handle everything from start to finish—site prep, permitting, delivery, setup, utilities, skirting, and final inspections. You don’t have to juggle multiple contractors; we manage the entire process.
Do you help with land preparation?
Yes. We coordinate clearing, grading, driveways, and utility hookups so your lot is 100% ready for your new home.
Do you assist with permitting and inspections?
Yes. We handle the permit process and schedule required county or city inspections, ensuring compliance every step of the way.
Are septic systems and wells included in the full service package?
Septic and well installation are not always included by default, since every property is different. However, we coordinate the entire process for you. If your lot requires a septic tank or well, our team works with licensed local contractors to handle installation, permitting, and inspections. The cost will be provided upfront so you know exactly what’s covered before work begins. You can also finance the Well and Septic in your home loan.
Do you charge extra or mark up construction costs?

What is a lot visit?
A lot visit is when our team comes out to your property before the home is ordered or set. During this visit, we:
Measure and evaluate the lot’s size, layout, and access.
Check elevation, soil conditions, and slope for proper drainage.
Identify where utilities (power, water, sewer/septic) are or need to be installed.
Review driveway access for delivery trucks and home placement.
Discuss any site prep needs like clearing, grading, or tree removal.
